I'm done talking to you about this because it is painfully clear you will never apply common sense to this topic.

You were never sincere to begin with, seeing as you went right to back-stalking.

The only Gender Bias that exists is a cultural one, and that is because power structures are in place to keep them that way. When that applies to game development, just like in the parallel "race" thread, the developers will never put something in the game that requires personal knowledge they would not have, because it will come off bad. Thus a lot of "oh that's sexist/racist" comments a game receives, are because a game is developed by people who do not have that personal experience to call upon, and it shows. Better to not do something, than to do it poorly and be embarrassed by the lack of informed development choices. FFXIV Version 1.0 called, says they're still sorry for not having Male Catboys and not having more than one Female Roe. What research did they do made them think players wouldn't want gender choices?

Putting a butt or package slider in a game is not the equivalent of a bust or hair slider. One is about making the character look a way you want to be perceived, the other is making a character a power fantasy where bulging muscle tone, body hair, packages, breast sizes, etc are exaggerated because the people who want them DO NOT CARE if it's unrealistic. That's fine, let game developers put whatever wacky character options they want in. Customers will see right through anything that is thoughtless, and "package" sliders are an example of a developer not even knowing why it's thoughtless. You put that in a game, and then that becomes the thing the game is known for. And probably gets it banned outside of Europe.

You're attempting to apply logic to the thought processes of someone who just claimed there were "power structures" keeping men and women in separate careers and then went on to complain about how exaggerated secondary sex characteristics are an unrealistic power fantasy while she herself plays a magical pink-haired catgirl.

Probably not wrong man, while I do not want to turn away any slider loyalist not sure anyone can help them with that slider. Nevertheless, I wish them all the best in attaining their desired slider.

I do not appreciate you referring to a bulge slider as thoughtless, body augmentation is a personal choice not a political one. I support larger packages for Lala.

I didn't know I had breasts whatsoever...I'm pretty flat, like...completely. Well, duh. I am a slim guy.

Customization in games is to give people options. Nothing more, nothing less. Developers of all games have only one thing in mind when giving customization options, be them breast sliders, height sliders, muscle tone sliders or whatever. To give players freedom in making the character that they want to play. It is the players that give those sliders, options etc. the purpose of looking as closely or as far away from their real looks as possibly. Or anywhere between. Developers have nothing to do with that.

I would love a slider for a male muscular and maybe a butt , other than that - when making a character, people use FFXIV to role play , as a male guy I created mine the way I wanted to play his story. Regardless I see where you are coming from , maybe they should add sliders to appearance as stated above vs his “ya know”. I agree and disagree . The focus shouldn’t be always on the boobs
