Meanwhile on Zalera, there’s still dozens, maybe even a hundred or more plots still available. Shiogane is mostly gobbled up, but there’s plenty available elsewhere. We could actually do fine if the auto demolish were not present here (and having it switched off for our server might be a nice perk to get more people here, but that’s sorta off topic).

I said this same thing on the housing section and out right got attacked over it. Goblin got tons of houses (but Shiro) so when I said that the auto demo timer should be stopped on lower servers that have housing, few people freaked out on me like it was the end of the world lol

I know their around. They removed one of mine also because I quoted that tard cat who posted other people's names to that so called "won" house from them. They removed hers and mine.

Good god, I need to read that thread fully but, is that to say people have found a way to selling them now? Actually, I kind of know people are still selling them because all buyer has to do is join the FC, seller passes leader to buyer, seller leaves FC. That why people made a mad rush to making FC after SE so stupidly announced the information two weeks before patch dropped. In all honestly, the patch really didn't stop jack shit. "Can't sell personal house? Ok, I'll just make a FC and sell it that way."

Yes, now you can see why OliverB explained why they needed to raise FC rankings and convert the housings to fcs, while using the 2 week restriction period to help protect themselves.

At the end of the day I am glad this happened, it really does show how messed up and how bad housing is for this game.

That's always been the case though. Any smart person would get an FC house over a personal house. Having access to the workshop/airships/subs/wheel stand to prime FC buffs is a major capital gain on top of being able to retrieve the original cost of the plot since the next owner doesn't have to purchase the plot again.

SE doesn't care about what goes on between two players as long as both parties are happy. By the way, that posts is a translation and what I've described is called inheriting a house through buying an FC. Your logic is so flawed you might aswell say that selling anything that isn't on the auction house isn't within the rules.

Also I think I need to remind you, you are also violating the forum rules posting like you are. "Having a negative impact on the community"

I am fairly sure telling people to buy fc houses not personal so they can resell it would be considered fitting for that rule.

It ok, let her keep digging her hole deeper. Even if SE doesn't do anything, at least the community is made clearly aware of who the toxic players are.
Not even worth the headache of talking to a delusional person who believes they are within perfect rights to abuse a system that is already unbelievable unfair to the community as a whole.
While all in agreement that 100% SE fault for not doing it right, it does NOT entitle people to use loopholes, exploits, or just be down right be *bags and own a whole or even half a ward. 1-2 houses, ok, but not half or a whole of a ward. And in most cases, these people who are doing it are selling these houses on reddit. They are merely taking away form the community without a care, for their own selfish greedy reasons, and for what? Gil that has not even a matter in this game at the moment anyway. Of course that is....
