Meanwhile on Zalera, there’s still dozens, maybe even a hundred or more plots still available. Shiogane is mostly gobbled up, but there’s plenty available elsewhere. We could actually do fine if the auto demolish were not present here (and having it switched off for our server might be a nice perk to get more people here, but that’s sorta off topic).

I said this same thing on the housing section and out right got attacked over it. Goblin got tons of houses (but Shiro) so when I said that the auto demo timer should be stopped on lower servers that have housing, few people freaked out on me like it was the end of the world lol

One issue would be “for how long?”, regarding the disabling of the auto demolish timer. Figure if people do find it enough of a perk to go to lower pop servers like ours that in time we wouldn’t be so low pop, but homeowners here would have a huge peace of mind advantage over homeowners elsewhere.

I know their around. They removed one of mine also because I quoted that tard cat who posted other people's names to that so called "won" house from them. They removed hers and mine.

Good god, I need to read that thread fully but, is that to say people have found a way to selling them now? Actually, I kind of know people are still selling them because all buyer has to do is join the FC, seller passes leader to buyer, seller leaves FC. That why people made a mad rush to making FC after SE so stupidly announced the information two weeks before patch dropped. In all honestly, the patch really didn't stop jack shit. "Can't sell personal house? Ok, I'll just make a FC and sell it that way."

Yes, now you can see why OliverB explained why they needed to raise FC rankings and convert the housings to fcs, while using the 2 week restriction period to help protect themselves.

At the end of the day I am glad this happened, it really does show how messed up and how bad housing is for this game.
