You can just use party finder it is cross server -.- or FC.

The problem with PF is that it requires you to stay for 6-8 hours to do a full run and usually someone will most likly have to leave before you do all the way to 100 and you will never see them again. If matchmaking were allowed we can use our own saves and play when its convenient.

HoH Floor 100 runs take 4-5 hours at the most. They don’t take 6-8 like PotD 200 runs did.The problem with PF is that it requires you to stay for 6-8 hours to do a full run and usually someone will most likly have to leave before you do all the way to 100 and you will never see them again. Matchmaking will remove your saved stock of pomanders, which you need for 81-90 and 91-100.
Having the right combination of pomanders helps with smoother clears. Take them away, and then people would complain now the content is too hard. You don’t always have time to explore for gold chests on 81-100, and the rate of gold mimics increases from there.
If you can’t get a PF with randoms, ask friends or FC mates.
This also says nothing about randoms’ tendencies to use pomanders the second they find them in a chest, or ignore them completely when the need for them arises. I’d rather not have my already limited pomanders subjected to the whims of randoms.

4-5 hours is still a lot longer than most PFs are willing to stick together. I am not too concerned about not having pomanders its more about being able to do the content. And you can just get some from chests along the way even if you don't start with any.

Then people would complain about how RNG screwed them over from being able to do the content because the chests did not drop the pomanders they needed.

I promise, if you don't go into 80+ with a full supply of magicite and pomanders, you will not clear.

^ This a million times over. Matchmade parties will never ever clear 80+. This is content that requires instant communication and pre-planning to clear. My party opted to start on floor 1 to get more pomanders and we were STILL bone dry by floor 99. You will die if you do not have a pomander and two mobs aggro on you. You will die if you have a giant room with Gloom + No Abilities + Blind and no pomanders. You will die if you do not have pomanders.
Thing is without pomanders you will not be able to do the content, so what you are asking is SE to nerf the content so it can be done with a matched group and not factor in pomanders.
I'm not sure it's good pomanders are needed so much, that you need to farm 50 floors just to stock up to have any chance. That's pure padding to force it to last longer; the floors you stock up on have zero challenge and increasingly offer little rewards the longer you do them. It's like farming a pop item in FFXI, a lot of time spent just to have the chance.
I'd also point out that requiring them to that extent screwed up the casual floors insanely; it's really easy to skip half of the floors just by using pom, which contributes to it feeling like a slog since you do very little that's actualy fun in it. Just pick up loot. Maybe next time they can evaluate pom usage and not make it so pivotal. I mean it still was in POTD, but it seemed to be used more for dealing with crisises that you couldn't do with smart play. Here it seems absolutely vital.

Pomenders were just as vital in PotD. If you didn't have a healthy stock of them going into floor 181, you were dead. Chimeras have long horrified PotD runners.I'd also point out that requiring them to that extent screwed up the casual floors insanely; it's really easy to skip half of the floors just by using pom, which contributes to it feeling like a slog since you do very little that's actualy fun in it.
