More Veterans Reward

As others have already mentioned, SE cleared out most of the Veteran Rewards when Stormblood launched, reducing it from fourteen levels to just four, and moving the gear and items that the Veteran Rewards formerly granted to the Achievement Certificate system. So they're not going to add anything new to Veteran Rewards now.

As for your own ideas for gear Trixie, several of them are already in the game in certain forms, but not as Veteran Rewards:

6) Onion Knight
Cause we just got to have the REAL Onion knight outfit

There are several different versions of 'Onion' attire already in the game, and no less than 3 different versions of the iconic helm! The original 'Onion' set was a palette swap of the generic 'doublet' set usually found as crafter/gatherer gear that was originally gained in Version 1.0 through certain special levequests, but now in ARR has a very low chance of being brought back by Retainer Quick Ventures... except the helm, which is only attainable by registering a special code that came with the Collector's Edition of FFXIV version 1.0 (now extremely hard to find).

There were also two other versions of the Onion Helm, the Red Onion Helm and Peregrine Onion Helm also from 1.0, but as far as I'm aware only the Red Onion Helm can be gained in ARR - it too can be gained through Retainer Quick Ventures.

The second Onion set is specifically LNC/DRG's set from Labyrinth of the Ancients (although it's head wear is not a helm but headgear, the actual Onion Helm goes really good with this set).

An Onion Shield is also available for GLA/PLD from a vendor in Revenant's Toll.

8) Cecil Harvey
I just like his outfit and it reminds me of the "Wild Rose" Veteran Reward

Technically Cecil's PLD sprite serves as the basis for the PLD AF1/AF1.5 sets (note the coronet especially).

Also the Amano design for his DRK helm and PLD headgear are (or were) available by as the 'Baron Helm' and 'Baron Circlet' respectively by registering the Collector's Edition of Heavensward and pre-ordering Heavensward for each (naturally, this is no longer available).

It would be nice to get the rest of both sets to go with them though, but I think it's unlikely by this point sadly.
