Pretty sure they are not going to touch the beard section for males at all... the only new things characters get is sadly hairs. It's like if they'd add new face paints which they never will. not to mention that there is an almost empty section for "Tattoos" in the character creation...

we got new Face Paints twice. painted on eyebrows and freckles and 2 Halloween face paints through an event, wich are unavailable for everyone who missed it back then as far as i know. and that's it :/
