What happened to four hairstyles? Hair rannttt

What bugs me more is the lack of facial hair variety. Why can't we mix and match facial hair from face to face and add new facial hair styles. This would make it easier for more diverse looks among the males at least, instead of cookie cutter clones like we all look like.

Pretty sure they are not going to touch the beard section for males at all... the only new things characters get is sadly hairs. It's like if they'd add new face paints which they never will. (which they totally should) but then it's their excuse about the character space history... alwasy that excuse.

not to mention that there is an almost empty section for "Tattoos" in the character creation...

we got new Face Paints twice. painted on eyebrows and freckles and 2 Halloween face paints through an event, wich are unavailable for everyone who missed it back then as far as i know. and that's it :/

I'm not sure but it might not be possible to add things to the 'beard section' (the Facial Features options) because it seems that it's a fixed five options per face - it might be beards or scars or makeup or scales, but always five options.

It seems that they never expand it - whether they could-but-won't or actually can't change that element of the infrastructure. They've added more hairstyles and facepaint where it's "pick one from the list" but perhaps these "choose as many as you want" categories function differently.

It's not so much a "tattoos" section as a "customisation menu with two options" section, as the content varies by clan. Most have tattoo options (unique by race versus the available-to-all face paint section), but Wildwoods get earclasps and Au Ra get the glowing eyes.

When they added those new face paints, they got very little feedback on them, which means no no one really cares about face paints. Even feedback about how ugly they are would have been better and encouraged them to make more. So they decided to instead the focus on something people care about-hairstyles
