Where did this fan fic mess come from anyhow? It was told in a humorous manner. It's not a fake story...it's more of a caution than anything. And you can't sit here and tell me that you haven't acted in a manner at least once in your time here where you knowingly did something that you weren't supposed to do. That's why I chimed in. Now people are going around saying it's a fake story, even after it was explained what it was, which really wasn't too far removed from what was experienced. I hold by my opinion some folks have gone overboard with their responses.

For real - it was a joke. I still think it was funny. I've had people reaching out to me on discord literally just to tell me they got the joke. Ive had friends reaffirming that it made sense to them.

I agree with Kaiva - it was a joke. Maybe you [meant as a collective, not you personally] didn't find it funny. That's cool, I'm glad I'm not a professional comedian or I'd likely starve to death. But for a joke that didn't land that harmed no one people sure did act like I had said or done something ridiculously offensive when I just don't see that.

My troll is another story entirely but to the rest of you sorry for my bad sense of humor. I am sure at some point in your life you're thought something was absolutely hilarious only to say it out loud and get dead air. It happens to everyone. Acting like it was something more than a joke that didn't land (for you) is still immature and pointless though, I would say even more than ignoring enmity CDs in a faceroll normal mode trial.

Both of you calling it "Fan Fiction" is, frankly, ridiculous and an attempt to derail the thread and conversation. Your reactions to some posts in the last few pages have been completely uncalled for.

Everyone needs to chill and realize this is a thread about venting. Its fine to let someone one know you don't agree with them but you shouldn't reduce to name calling or creating a situation that never needed to exist.

Oh I'm sure people got the joke. Humor is subjective after all. I'm sure people thought Stephen King was a hoot with his jab at Melania too. But let's not talk politics in this fantastic thread. I'm not sure if the mature thing to do here is egg Nephthys on. This is starting to turn into some kind of schoolyard tussle which, I mean, I wouldn't mind reading about on Friday but I'd also really like to get back to the Tales That Actually Really Happened in Duty Finder® chronicles too.
