    Honestly what I would do is the following to allow the Geomancer to fit into the game:
    This seems very logical, however, doubtful this far into the lifespan of FFXIV they'd make such a big change in the text, but you never know! 5.0 can bring some fun little changes.

    I like all those ideas that you added too, changing some spell names around on White Mage to make it be more divine. bc at the end of the day, as my best friend told me, all spells, abilities, etc. are somewhat the same, its just that "Flavor" Text that changes.

    Thus why, Dia, I said it's sunlight, since the GEO is incorporating all the forces of the Earth, Sunlight, as heat, is one of them. Just the flavor text of it.

    I doubt the lifespan has anything to do with it. When SE removed Stoneskin in 4.0 they just gave it back to us in a holy version and changed the name to Divine Benson im certain they can do the same for our DPS spells it's not like it would take much development time since Dia,Banish, and Dispel all already exist as npc spells. I seen light elementals use these spells plenty of times.

    Heck we can even add the AOE aero as diaga I seen monsters use this as well. Basically all the resources are there the only issue would be lore, but even SCH lost ruin with broil at the higher levels so I don't see an issue. Just make it that when a conjurer player hits level 30 and equips the white mage crystal their spells are converted to the holy equivalent. And add the Geomancer job teacher right in the conjurer guild to unlock the job akin to scholar and that would be the upgraded aero,stone,water job arsenal. Meaning GEO would start at LV30. Sure two healers in the same guild might seem redundant but in the great scheme of things it doesn't matter we focus on jobs not specs so its not like WHM and GEO would belong to CNJ they would just have to make the experience gained after level 30 be determined by the job not the classes which I am afraid would certainly affect SMN/SCH auto leveling but that was a unfair advantage in the first place and should have been fixed ages ago. You should not be able to level two jobs for the price of one.
