Thank you for the update Crystallin.

The game is crashing, but it's most likely something running on your computer that is interfering with it.

Can you recall when this started happening? You mentioned it was a few months ago, but do you recall anything you may have installed or updated on your PC that may coincide with it?

It looks like you still have Twitch, Discord and Bittorrent (among other things) still running in the background. Try the clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

okay, maybe I wasn't clear. I have twitch and Discord's overlays disabled. My bit torrent client does not conflict with games in any way whatsoever. I've already tried the clean boot and it did not stop the fatal error.

And no, nothing I installed could have been the cause of the crash in this game. It happened the first time when I was in Kugane. It was the middle of hte night so there weren't a lot of people in Kugane at all. I thought maybe Kugane was the problem as it happened again recently a few times. But it also happened in Eureka and in the open world. So no, i can't pinpoint anything that could be causing this error. It seems random, but there must be something happening.
