A cursory look at top Chaderdummy fights shows monks using TK anywhere between 5-9 times in a fight, and there are no points where you would drop stacks there due to mechanics.

Tbh since they made those changes to MNK one would think they actually wanted something like this to happen
Actually, the top MNK in o6s used it 15 times in 6:19 minutes. The video is available here
The general idea seems to be the following:
1) RoW+3rd form in the opener to build GL stacks, then TK at the end of RoF and build GL again using Perfect Balance;
2) Double weave TK and FoW before a Snap Punch whenever Tackle is available, then proceed to build 2 stacks immediately thanks to RoW and SP and the third one with a complete combo.
So in a dummy fight like o6s where you don't need Tackle to move around, it seems that TK+RoW every 30 seconds is optimal.
I know this is a huge exception, and this is normally not possible due to mechanics, but almost 8k DPS?Actually, the top MNK in o6s used it 15 times in 6:19 minutes. The video is available here
I mean, this just screams unintentional to me. Though I'm sure they wanted TK to be used more often as it's CD was reduced to 10s, but I'm expecting some kind of potency nerf or another CD increase because of this if they've noticed it.
In the end, I don't particularly mind the rotation. Its fun to use, if not clunky and awkward in most fights. I'm just hoping SE doesn't start balancing based on logs like this.

I'm more disgusted by that 60s limit break.
The thing to keep in mind is that 6:19 is more or less perfect timing for monk, as they would be coming out of a RoF/Brohood/oGCD phase right around then, but without the awkwardness of having to rebuild GL stacks after. Monk is an extremely bursty job, and when that burst happens right before a boss dies it's gonna inflate the crap out of their numbers.
If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.
FOR DOCKHAND!
When people are complaining about player creativity.
Its more of: "Was this intended because it doesn't seem that way..." kind of thing. My cynical self just thinks they didn't think it as broad as players saw to improve numbers with this and find a use for a skill that has been niche af for almost 3 years (TK). They just thought of ways toi make stance dancing on MNK more appealing. Hence why some people on the 4.3 reveal for MNK are split between Purification or Riddle of Earth as the Aggro Dump Skill.
If you say so.
