Can we have a Male Healer and a Female Tank?

I never noticed the gender thing for roles in promo art until now. Tho I do love the fact monk is canon a female miqo. Since that's my main class and race so yeah. I support it. And it never hurts to have more designs. Not everything needs to be super realistic. Sides I don't care how armored you are. A Death egg sized pulse cannon is going to freaking kill you just as fast.

I don't really get this thread. Hope your not talking about gender and race locking jobs like Tera Online has. No matter what gender or race your are you should be able to play any job class. Pretty sure be easy to make both female and males dancer outfits. Know all the Garo tank sets is for guy glamour.

The Canon Monk is female, yes, but they are a Hyur Highlander. The CG renders you are referencing aren't canon. As canon as this stuff can be.

Oh yeah I only meant the 2D artworks. ^^ Not the actual game NPC who is clearly male. Sorry for the confuses. But CONAN!

Me as I player, I have a male toon and I have all jobs, I play tank or healer or anything else just fine.
It's just pixels, geez.

There are far more pressing matters that needs to be addressed like the incoming P2W phone app.

No. He's simply asking for a representation of classes in press releases to include male healers and female tank characters.

Look at it that way. In pen and paper RPG games you have those "iconic" characters that are basically there to explain the rules of the game in an easy to understand way...by practice. In 3rd edition D&D for example, such iconic character is a male dwarf warrior. That doesn't mean that you have to be a male dwarf to be a warrior, or that you can only be a warrior if you are a male dwarf. But when you will see images related to a warrior, you are more likely than not seeing the illustrations showing a male dwarf.

Basically, he's asking for a "face", without affecting the actual "body" of the game.
