EDIT: @Squirtina; OH YEAH. Thank you for reminding me! I'm also super excited about the guestbook for housing. We don't know much about it at this point but if I had to guess, I assume it allows access to your house only to those on the guestbook, which is pretty much what I've been wanting since forever rather than this "it's either open or it's closed" scenario we have now.

It's the latter. It has nothing to do with who is allowed in, it just lets people +1 like your house, or leave a message (oh boy, am I the only one who thinks about the 20-year-olds in my FC and their penchant for constant dick jokes when they read this? There are going to be people who do nothing but go around and leave rude messages while they're bored/queueing. We'll see. Maybe it'll be heavily moderated and have a slew of words that can't be used.)
