You get 3 of each, which is fine, I guess, but the timing of when you get each set feels a bit unbalanced, not bad, just slightly lopsided' think WAR from HW onward, they lose balance pre 54. Remember that each Job gets their main gimmick at 30 if not sooner; Machinist being the exception at 40. I would just suggest moving the stances up a little.

    With your Traits. The one called Closed Position, while good in theory might cause issue, since the system determining what is considered an "encounter" might get muddled. Maybe make it reduce the damage you'd take by 25% or if you kill them you absorb their HP, something akin to that. Also the Trait Enhanced Mind? I thought their main stat was Dex? Shouldn't it be Enhanced Dexterity?
    I appreciate all your support and ideas for this job concept and I have taken most of these ideas and fixed them; here is some feedback of the changes, or why I didn't change a certain aspect.

    1.) I had trouble thinking of a raise skill for a TP job so I decided to make them use their flourish resource since the MP cost of raise is pretty high for the other healers; however, after thinking it over I decided to make it more steamline and instead I made it similar to the other raise skills I just made them use TP instead of MP.

    2.) The stances are a high level; because I want DNC's weaving between sambas and jigs at higher levels. you will have to stance dance between the two stances depending on whether the party needs AOE healing (saber dance) or main tank healing (fan dance). At lower levels I don't want to hinder them with the stances, thus I want them to get accustomed to swapping between jigs and sambas without the stances first, then at higher levels with the stances.

    3.) The main gimmick of DNC isn't the stances, it's the DOTH (Damage Overtime Healing) and regen healing stacks, think of the stances somewhat similar to enochian.

    4.) Changed up closed position, thanks for the suggestion I had a hard time coming up with a idea for it, but I think a defensive bonus is just what they need in the frontlines. And I added a degradation upon hitreceived to prevent abuse.

    5.) Sorry about the Enhanced Mind lol, that was an oversight of my original submission on reddit. I had them using MND gear originally, but I really don't feel like it fits them.

    I like the concept, but we're much more likely to see Dancer as a utility DPS.

    Besides, we could do with more feminine DPS and more masculine healers. Perhaps a Calculator as a healer?
    Why not? SE added NIN to DEX gear when it was primarily a Range Gear, there is no reason why it couldn't work that I see.

    Lol, I just meant the concept art for the XIV Jobs. Admittedly, Dancer does seem like they'd make the concept art depict a female.

    Also on the topic, why does only WHM depict a lala, its not even a lala job. Both lala jobs don't even depict a lala... well the thaumaturge art is one so half win, lol. But no SCH, T.T

    I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.
