This argument is problematic when you consider that a lot of people play female charas BECAUSE of the glamour situation. It's a self fulfilling prophecy at this point.
Also, you'd think that with all the bots running around, the leading demographic would be male Midlanders, but somehow SE can tell those apart from actual players but they can't ban them...?

If they had made it yet another pair of Generic Pants™ like they did with the spring bottoms, yes, we'd have been upset. Change in itself isn't that horrible, the new AST set has differences but they're more than acceptable imo. Thing is, it looks like SE can't design things for males, period, because it's either the bland pants we got from the fashion report, or just a copy-paste of the female outfit which don't even look that good on a male physique to begin with.
