An 83, with no jacket or necklace, and only the regular Paramour Earrings. I had an Uraeus Skirt, but when I heard that the Songbird Skirt also worked, I put it up on the MB.

By any chance could you check what star rating is the Songbird skirt undyed?

What can you sub for the earrings?

You can get 2* with the Peach Blossoms.

This Job-specific equipment best-in-slot stuff really needs to freaking stop.
I hate having no chance at 100 some weeks because I'm not a WHM or PLD or whatever...

And how would that work? Only use jobs that everyone has? Only use lvl 1 glamour? Some weeks will be good for you and some weeks will be bad, most times you can still get away with 80 unless you don't have the job at all. That's like saying "only use low lvl crafts because not everyone is a crafter or has the gil to buy a 2 mil sweater".

But you have a chance - since you can level every job on your character. You might tell me that thats silly and that you dont want to level a tank and shouldnt have to for this, but you need to get 100 points once for the achievement, after that anything above 80 will give you the maximum reward - and thats something you can normally achieve without a specific job or super rare gear.
If you want to always get 100 points for your ego: Put in the additional effort of leveling everything to 70.

The only thing that needs to "freaking stop" is people crying over how they cant get their 100 points every week - this little, optional mini-game would become extremly predictable and boring if they werent drawing from job-specific gear aswell. Even though we might have a fair amount of lowlevel (glamour) gear, its not really enough to sustain this game where the real objective isnt to walk up to Masked Rose and present the correct outfit, that other people figured out for you, but to actually read and follow the hints and try to contribute to figuring it out in the first place - if there would only be like 15 pieces in each category to draw from, that would be pretty damn boring.
