Dungeons and raids? Yes. There's a huge variety of them, with different mechanics, music, scenery, group sizes, and such. I can do most of them with my friends, and if you get credit from something like roulette, with all of them. Eureka is missing a lot of that, especially the "play with friends" part outside the train, because chaining mobs for XP flat out doesn't work if there is any significant level disparity in the group. Normally if a high level goes into something to help a low level, it's helpful. In Eureka, it's harmful unless you do silly workarounds like the zero-DPS not in the group Paladin tank.

Least when we get the Anemos crystals you can break them down and not have to farm Protean crystals.
Why even have two crystals if you can do that, though? Just have NMs drop more Protean crystals and not make me convert them one by one.

And honestly, I like the shout chat. Given it's not all rainbows and candy but when the community comes together and jokes around, it's nice right? Not to mention the random people that come around and rez you even when it's completely inconvenient for them and even dangerous(Shark Valley) for their EXP bar. I'd say that Eurkea has definitely brought the NA Data Center closer together, which is awesome.
This I entirely agree with. Although it's not the intended way to do it, the train has (mostly) brought out the best in the NA community. We were cracking bad pun jokes last night while playing, and I was dodging danger noodles to try and res people (who did the same for me). In the sense of an old style MMO experience where it actually feels like a massively multiplayer game, it absolutely succeeds.
