Ok this day i need restart around 4 p.m. due to update firewall software, prior this restart i start Steam and Origin client and FFXIV ingame not drop down (around 60FPS). Next part of test will be tomorrow i start P2P software when i will be off house. After i return i turn off P2P software and try start FFXIV. I will report what happened with game and FPS.

Opposite, if i start my PC, then i start Steam and Origin client for news, game updates and so on. Only after rise problem with ingame FPS i don't start Steam and Origin and pc start. And about next phase of testing, if P2P don't run, then ingame FPS don't drop. On the weekend i test P2P and game an i try PingPlotter as well.

Hi Einmimiria.
To clarify - i start PC, then start P2P and PingPlotter (for test ping and packet loss from me to EU FFXIV servers) and then i start FFXIV, starting window setting show FPS 120 and ingame FPS show FPS 6. Then i think that P2P uTorrent is problem. Uninstall P2P uTorrent, and restart PC - FPS ingame 60. I install another P2P software qBittorrent.
then i don't run P2P and FFXIV togheter and no FPS problem. Next day (24.3.) i try start P2P qBittorrent first and FFXIV after and see if FPS problem occur, if not then try start PingPlotter and FFXIV after and see if FPS problem occur. Next will be new nVidia driver and all previous programs that could cause a problem "FPS drop's".

Yes i don't use FFXIV and P2P program uTorrent because problem with this combo. Still after i uninstall uTorrent P2P and install qBittorrent P2P no problem with running both FFXIV and new P2P and PingPlotter. So far 3 days no FPS drop with running P2P, Steam, Origin and FFXIV. Then update for nVidia driver and required restart i neet redone testing anew, then FFXIV patch came and FPS drop from 60+ to 40+, i restart and use ccleaner to clean PC, and start test anew, then another nVidia driver update and need restart. Today i start test anew again. So far 3 days without FPS problem, still i think need more testing before i say "ok no problem".

uTorrent is ad supported, there has been quite the uptick in bitcoin/cryptocurrency miners being pushed through ads, so I would probably pin the problem as being uTorrent. Bitcoin miners spike the CPU and GPU, and that is consistent with your experience.
