The main reason a game is a subscription one, and people choose it, is because everyone gives the same thing, and everyone get the same things. This is why cash shop une subscription MMORPG are a shame!

But people do get the same thing for the same subscription. It's not like I magically received the emote via lottery, I went and paid extra for it. I'm not defending the mog shop,mind, but the phrasing here is a bit weak.

I actually pay more than the lowest sub cost just to have an extra retainer, so i get more than some people (because I paid more). There's nothing wrong with optional services that come at a cost (and yeah I'm including glam/emotes). I'd argue the prices are pretty high but this is the tamest cash shop on market of MMO cash shops, so it shouldn't be removed.

If we have a cash shop that can compete with some of F2P cash shop, and if you think the subscription doesnt mean that cash shop stuff should at least be also avaible ingame (lets say... 10 million GPS for 10 euros in cash shop. so you could have this emote for 9million FPS OR for 9 euros? it is random numbers for example)
Why have a subscription. why not go clearly F2P?

I have no matter buying stuff in F2P cash shop... because there isnt anything stupid about this ... because there is no sub...

Look at it this way, what if you bought a nice new phone and you love it. I bought same phone but I bought extra case for it cause I like that extra case and it looks good on the phone. Now do you go complaining to the company that they don't sell that exact extra case with the phone or you just buy that extra case yourself?

If there wasn't a profitable reason for them to do so, the team running the cash shop would never have been hired or funded and those items never would have been conceptualized or realized. You're under the false assumption that they decide AFTER the item is made to make it cash shop or not. You are asking for more work for the same money from the same amount of people. That's the discrepancy.

Everyone bought the car and pays for the gas, you can't ask for the fancy paint for free just because it's out there. The people who do the fancy paint jobs are able to make it available because people WILL pay extra for them.

The one thing I'll maybe agree with you in the cash shop is the skip potions because that's the closest you're going to get to P2W. But even that only gets you so far and it's not like it'll help you in Ultimate.
Meanwhile you're ignoring that putting things in-game might just make them less accessible. Just look at the backlash for the awards for PvP - it's in game! It's free! And it's available to only a handful of the playerbase. Meanwhile you know what we all have by virtue of playing a subscription based game? Money. Whether or not you can pay it now is another matter, but if one day you get a nice Christmas bonus and decide you want that emote, you can. Maybe on a sale, too. Meanwhile there's a plethora of things that are available only in-game that no one can get anymore.

NO. I am 2k lockboxes in and I still dont have Dino mount. I am glad they put it on the mogstation. And hope all 12 dollars goes towards the funding of the next expansion( Even though I know it wont)
