where did he say this? Do you have a link?
Also not to be rude, but if people are petitioning for animation lock's removal, It would suggest that it's not set in stone, and as I said earlier it would have been removed the same time as the rest.

It was in an interview and was stated multiple times in this thread. I'm too lazy to go find the exact interview right now (maybe tomorrow, too busy watching Walking Dead), but I know it's another one of those "Well...we'll fix that when problem we get better servers" topics.

Insulting people in the counter argument isn't going to change their minds. It will make them stick harder to their opinion regardless of whether or not it's right, and think less of your opinion simply because you insulted them. In essence, if you want to try and change someone's mind, come up with a well thought-out response and don't be a dick.
It's in the first page of this thread.

Taken from an interview with RPG Site:
Source: http://pc.rpgsite.net/interviews/327...-naoki-yoshidaRPGSite: With the new server systems, will the major game breaking issues such as animation lock, server lag latency, positioning imprecision, and interface lag be greatly reduced?
Yoshida: Yes, all of these things will be fixed.
