They said it's gonna be optmized so yeah, likely it will fix.

On topic, they're supposed to be adding DX11 support at some point so I imagine they will be adjusting the graphics.

This is not a graphics issue. The new engine is supposed to be friendlier to lower-end hardware, but this is not your issue. Get a can of air and spray out your system. Turn down the graphics to a level that your system can handle. The current engine is very demanding, but it can be adjusted. If your computer is overheating then you need to adjust your settings.

I laughed because it's true. TwT
My computer's a little quieter than it used to be, but when I first started playing it got so loud... sounded like it was about to explode. Still gets pretty bad sometimes and I shut down the game and take a break. XD (In the summer I even have to move my computer downstairs and to a cooler place. >.>)
They've said 2.0 will be better for this, so I look forward to that.

I play on laptop... so yeah you understand. When the ps3 version is here I'll be getting that too.

since it's supposed to be easier on the hardware, maybe. Still, your real issues are:

1. Overheating caused by crappy cooling system and/or poor system maintenance.
2. Loud fan noise caused by crappy choice of fan in crappy oem GPU cooler.

No engine in the world will account for people who turn up settings and try to get the most out of their hardware (myself included)

=> Hence the heat and the fans.

And the engine looks hawt...hope they are using that.
They also licensed Unreal's, so not sure what they will be using.
