What's your first impression of Eureka?

I'm 20 now and I've already had to tell multiple friends that are 8 or under that I flatout can't really help them level because partying with me will bomb their exp and I don't have a two seater mount to cart them around with. It just kinda makes me not want to go in at all anymore because I hate turning them down.

For chain parties yeah it matters, for NM pops no it doesn't matter. If you want to help with chain parties you can always heal them outside of the party, I know it's not much but at least it's something..alternatively you can delevel to 12-13? when they get that high and level with them again lol.

Just open your instance's tracker (if it has one), and go slaughter low level trash to do their FATEs with your friends. Most trains won't bother spawning lower level FATEs anyway so chances are that you'll be able to grab some.

Also, since you're a healer, you can simply raise them along the way (while telling them to git gud at dodging enemies... enemies that you can kill yourself to free the path, btw). And if you are following the FATE train, no need for a mount anyway, there will be a lot of players on foot (but you already know that since you're lv.20). You have plenty of time to get where the train is, as spawning NMs can take quite a while sometimes. Just don't be on the other side of the map and start moving only when you see a FATE appearing, you won't get anything done like that.

If you REALLY want to mindlessly kill some trash for hours, you can still heal them without being in a party with them while they kill stuff on their own. They'll actually earn more EXP for not being as much people in the party.

But frankly, a "sync feature" wouldn't really do much for you. If your friends already have trouble getting to FATEs, you being at their level won't change anything. You'll just be able to farm harpies... yay...
