Now as to why they won't do this - players who got to 20 will complain about how it's "unfair" that they had to go through the grind. They can't risk this backlash. They'd much rather deal with the players complaining about how Eureka now takes too long to do, and settle with it being another dead content in the game.

hwat? its actually better that the lvl20's get their relics and casually drop out of eureka as that means more average level players will fill the instances. And no lvl 20 is going to complain, lol. its hardly a grind when by the the time you get enough for 1 relic, you basically have enough for 3-4 others.

of course its a grind, im saying "it's not that bad" to get 3 relic's first step done in a week. compared to previous relics, its not so bad.
