    One issue with that is if you wanted to play with your friend(s) who are a bit higher level you would be screwed. Yeah the level penalty already drops the exp, but you can at least still NM train with friends who are higher level and still get decent NM exp. Sounds good on paper but once the levels get really top heavy new players will just be alone in their own instance with barely enough players to form a train and potentially not enough roles to form a decent job comp to 8 man farm mobs. Higher level players can also more easily navigate the map and raise you if you die.

    The difficulty of fates scales to the current players in it, so I guess it's OK, maybe even better.

    If people only joins Eureka to kill Pazuzu, so be it I guess. Nothing stops the rest to farm all other NMs

    Everytime I go just for pazuzu there are still a bunch of people high and low level still pushing the train and spawning NMs honestly I haven't seen this decline yet....

    It will happen regardless. the relic is essentially handed to you this time around and I say many times the problem is that once you get what you want from eureka it's done for you.
    Unless you fancy those NM as a mean to get your tomestones or some fun with friends.

    However if the reports of NM scaling with number of ppl present in the zone I'd say that's a very good thing since that means we now have that tech finally and it can also be applied to FATES

    We've had this tech, FATEs have almost always synced to the number of players participating.

    I find the title a little misleading as their is really no data to back it up, only personal experiences.

    There are many folks out there still just starting Eureka and if an instance is literally dead since I am lvl19. I am hopping to a new instance that has Fafnir and higher in spawn window, chaining those mobs to pop them with a party of 4 or 8, as its optimal. When I re-queue, I rarely get into the same instances as before, unless it is literally non-peak hours. Each instance having a wide range of players 1 - 20.

    With the content only a week old and no adjustments yet with a hotfix, it is just assumption at this time and SE has all the data... Players will definitely drop Eureka once they have what they want. However, with the ease and accessibility of this content compared to previous Relics, I am hearing more and more players wanting to do other job upgrades on alts than deal with the Tome limits on Mendacity.

    it doesnt, it scales by proximity. The more people are close to it, the stronger the bosses become. I 8-manned simurgh in a 140 ppl instance within like 3 minutes because the fate train was somewhere else

And no lvl 20 is going to complain, lol. its hardly a grind when by the the time you get enough for 1 relic, you basically have enough for 3-4 others.

    Killing trash mobs over and over again for experience is the very definition of a grind.
