Unsubscribed today Eureka killed it

I'm aware you can keep playing for the rest of the sub. I just wanted to point it out because if I was mad enought to unsub, I wouldn't be doing hunts.

I think you kind of missed the point lol.

No he just pointed out that people still can play even if they unsubscribed. So if he unsubscribed and decided that he still wanted to use the last few days that will mean that he will still be ingame. Thus the OP can still be quite truthful about his post.

I agree... If this game got me THAT mad to where I'd unsub I'm stopping that day and never coming back, character being deleted and everything. I wouldn't be playing a game if it drove me to literally cut my funding from it.

Uh... I stopped my sub and still played for an extra day because I wanted to sort stuff out before I leave. Why delete your character, tho, that's a bit going overboard. You never quit a game before and moved on? I don't know anyone who immediately deletes their char after quitting a game. They usually leave it there just in case they come back to in one day.

We know Eureka can be improved and should be improved, but there's no need to be dramatic.

I do, mostly cause I don't like having loose ends when I stop something. If I quit something I quit it. There's no second chance or anything so why leave it there? Least that's my logic anyway. I only had to dfo that once mind you but it's how I am. I don't like leaving traces behind.

I haven't played WoW in over a year, yet my character is still fully intact. And there's a change I'll play WoW again in the future.

Some of us have been feeling we don't get our money's worth for months now. For me personally, Eureka was the confirmation that I needed that I'm not having fun here anymore. And I know quite a few people who are like me. I played since 2.1 and almost never had my sub lapse except for in January when I finally got rid of my house and only resubbed in February to check some stuff out. Most of my friends are unsubbed and we moved on to other games. We may come back in the next expansion, if the game changes, but we'll see. I still visit the forum occasionally so I can see if there's any input, plus these discussions are fun to read while having nothing to do at work.

I dunno.. but I was only explaining why I would delete it. Like I mentioned if this game got me that mad where I'd unsub.. then I'm gone completely. I don't like doing second chances in life with games or people for that matter. I have a burn once burn all. It's just how I am. I'm not very forgiving in that.. I been burned too many times by people. But I'd freely admit I'm odd so it's kay. Hell I deleted a ton of alts before I got this character I have now. I just don't like having that baggage.

Information from the first post:
Actual playtime. Things disliked. Frustration expressed. Declaration of ceasing to renew subscription.
The fact that the op expressed a desire for these things to be fixed implies that should these things BE fixed, they'd gladly come back.

There's also no need to try and callout people who express dismay with the content simply because you want to "gotcha" them with "oh look they SAID they were quitting but look! THEY ARE STILL PLAYING!"
If I unsubbed right now, I'd have 3 more months to play before anything happened. You can be sure I'd likely login a couple times to help friends or kill time or even put my affairs in order.
If you dislike drama so much, it sounds like you need to refrain from adding to it.
