And yet, people complained the relics didn't have any new content, it was all just rehashed stuff. Now there's new content, and people are complaining it's not rehashed stuff.

What are you talking about? We did not get new content with diadem 3.0, it is diadem 3.0. You are shocked people are complaining when they are giving a no content place that took so much resources? It does not show. Anyone that thinks this is new content is falling for an illusion. I do not know what people complained about with the old relics but I would bet it was not mass blacklash like this is.

Even assuming it was only 1 expert dungeon in stormblood we are missing, stormblood was dry of content because of this and I would rather have that missing dungeon then this diadem 3.0

But it's not new content. That's what's burning so many people's bums about this. Nothing in Eureka is new except for a de-levelling mechanic straight from 2004 and the extremely simplistic Magia Board.

It's just forcing Hunt spawns and zerging Hunts, with additional inconvenience added by the lack of level sync. Even if you don't participate in the NM train, it's just spamming your rotation at mobs that don't even have the interesting bits of dungeons, 24-mans, or Normal Raids.
