What's your first impression of Eureka?

I'd just like to know one thing; Why does this game ALWAYS default back to the stupid FATEs in some way? First relic, you had to grind fates. Second relic you had to grind fates. The Yokai event you had to grind fates. The Diadem became a fate fest as well, even that mission thing they added wasn't much different from some kind of damn fate.

Now here we are with Eureka. A place that is literally all about killing the same mob over and over and over... to spawn a FATE.

Do the developers just... not have any idea what to give players who don't do raid content or something? Why is their back up always so dependent on the FATE system?

This is not something cut, it is poor content that could be fixed by a lot, I think that most players would rather have this type of cattering than a forced bandwagon... you know the rest ppl ^^ I'm done responding to you remedy.

ps: & actually ive seen some comments about things that should of been fixed from years ago that never happened, so yes it is a cut, not correcting a final product make is lame, pls refer to my washing machines post if you do not understand where I'm coming from^^

I just want to say that this specific part does not seems to be true. We need more tests to confirm or deny it (which is not currently easy to do due to the number of people playing), but it seems that the number of monsters needed to spawn a boss scales with the number of people in the instance.

Yesterday, me and my group entered Eureka, and the instance was created for us. Nobody else joined before 7 or 8 minutes. It took us less than a dozen monsters to spawn Number. Unfortunatly, people started joining after that, so we couldn't test further. But we stayed at 50 players for a while, and it definitly took less time than usual to spawn the bosses than when 140 people are there.

So, the argument "when this content will die, it will be impossible for newcomers to do it" may not be as relevant as people claimed.

I do think it feels like the number of ppl present in the zone influences this, it would mean that SE actually thought about this because otherwise the outlook is not good, unless ppl really want to get 345 sets for ultimate coil speedruns

More SB content in general, it was really slow and dry

Few dungeons per patch, few side quests per patches with barely any fixes,that is cutting on production, I said I would rather have all the expansion in 1day than getting barely anything over 17months.

Don't bother with Vstarstruck. I made the same mistake as the one you are starting to get into.

SE flat out said we got less to put more into development for this black hole content. So I tried again with my SO since people want to defend this.. why its beyond me, but this time it is just running fate to fate. Then when we camped waiting for a fate my hands began to hurt (now i personally understand what people are saying with the carpal tunnel situation.)

The wheel does little to nothing, you can change it, it is also a shock to me to get no direction, i thought my quests where broken at first. Is this why people where calling out hand holding comments? because the quests don't give markers here? give me a break, hand holding is not why people hate this.

So 17 months of wait, drawing up development time from potential fixes and making SB have less content over this and we have a glorified fate to fate running, or over the top button mashing. The level gap situation is already happening too, it is hard for newer players or players only doing it 1-2 hours a day to find parties, because they did not no life it for a day. This being released without level sync with all the delays, how can you have an oversight like that?

um.. you are really putting words in my mouth O_o I said nothing about being insulting. All I said is you gave 2 different messages with conflicting points, so yes the issue is not with the thread, it is with you how you word things and how you misunderstand things being said. I did not say you where offending people, where did that come from O_o
