I’m not here to bash Eureka because I like it but I think this quote is pretty ridiculous and condescending. Eureka isn’t really optional content in the real sense. It’s the gateway to the new relic which is a big draw. So while it is technically optional, it isn’t really.

Its optional in a sense there are other options for weapons
355 Byakkyo EX weapons
360 Tomestone weapon
370 upgraded tomestone weapon Sigmascape Savage
375 diamond weapon Sigmascape Savage

EX and tomestone weapon are fairly easy to get even if you never step foot in a savage raid.

I agree on the bit about condescension, but it seems a lot of people are not understanding what optional means. No one needs to do the relic grind. It's just another means of obtaining a weapon that will be more or less on-par with weapons obtained from other content. Don't raid? You have the option to craft/purchase. Don't want to purchase/craft/raid? Go grind out a relic.

MSQ is about the only item that is actually forced on you (assuming you want to get into end-game content). Just about everything else is optional.

And again, people can unsub for whatever reasons they want (hey, I also just recently unsubbed again) - but don't try and fluff up your reasoning or start claiming that optional content suddenly isn't optional.

The OP has at least done some Deltascape Savage, making their point not entirely invalid. You don't have to have done Ultimate Coil to offer the opinion that the first few tiers of both -scape raids thus far have been pretty easy. If credentials matter, I also think the first few tiers are pretty easy, I just don't personally agree with the OP that they should be harder.

Wait I didn't say anything about how OP was right or wrong to complain base on what he has cleared or hasn't. And I'm sure not the one who should.

thats fine and all since a lot of people agree with you, but un-subbing isnt going to make the content better. If its the right thing to do for you though, go for it.

but they wont. and the people complaining on the forums is such a small portion of the playerbase. What should SE be focusing on: the loud forums or the tons of people currently grinding it out in Eureka and flooding Kugane?
