    Yes, per minute, but no, not the same over a long period of time.

    And yes, you absolutely can take a break. But no, thoughtless content designed to be primed for carpal tunnel isn't well-designed content.

    I find more interesting Eureka, having a new level and elemental system, and a map that you actually feel powerless and have to take care when running around. There's not a single dangerous map on FFXIV, except Eureka. You can teleport or ignore maps at lower levels, but in Eureka you have to be careful of your surroundings.

    I'll reply you again! You can make a Partyfinder before joining Eureka, or you can join Eureka alone and then make a party there.
    You don't even need to shout, you can open the Party tab, and there will be a new tab inside that shows you every player on that map and who's looking for party (you have a new member status as well, a "looking for party" one)

    If nothing else works, then yeah, shout.

    It's quite horrible. Your only goal there is to kill same trash mobs as efficiently as possible and then kill the NM/Fate when they spawn. Elemental leveling has no real meaning, just to unlock quests so you get more Magicite which just give a % increase to your damage/defense. But you don't actually feel any stronger since the higher level enemies are tuned to the "progression". So Eureka feels like "Kill mob A for hours to level up so you can kill mob B for hours". Not exactly motivating.

    Few things I would personally implement to make it more interesting:

    Elemental Actions: Spend Magia Aether to perform powerful moves. You learn more moves as your elemental level rises.
    You know why I enjoy leveling in games? You feel like you're growing and learning new moves which gives you small milestones between levels. Eureka leveling at the moment is one the most unsatisfying processes I have ever done.
    Eureka exclusive gear: Earn and use Eureka exclusive gear with special stats!
    Instead of syncing our ilvl to 300 and calling it a day, let's add a new gear progression system inside this new game mode. Gear with special Eureka only stats like Haste, Counter, Double/Triple Attack and more. Let's finally try out a vertical gear progression in this separate, new game mode.
    Treasure Chests
    Instead of Chain Kills only increasing drop chances of Crystals. Mobs drop treasure chests that contain above-mentioned gear and other valuables. Maybe even some Eureka treasure maps?
    Eureka Dungeon Raid
    Add a randomized dungeon kinda like PotD but built more like an actual dungeon. Starts easy and gets harder further you progress. You gain more XP and Crystals further you get. Daily or weekly or opened with a special portal dropped from loot. Dunno which is best for balance.
    Level Sync
    Helps to bridge the cap between friends who progress at different pace and still want to play together.
    Daily or Weekly quests for XP and Crystals
    Obvious stuff. Even a slight break from grinding the mobs helps.
    Those are just on top of my head. Which makes me confused how long it took them to develop what we got

    And again: they had over a year the possibility to do something new and chose some boring grind

    Oh no, I read them. They were just coming off as incredibly apologetic to Eureka's design and sounding like a total shill. Given you were disarming all criticism by saying anyone not liking it was "memeing"

    I don't know the reason of delaying it so much. Maybe the main problem was that they had to make a whole new big map, new leveling system etc... I bet they had to deal with lots of bugs.

    Maybe it depends on what we expect about content. I hate content that makes me do old dungeons/fates, I rather do something on new areas and different mechanics.
    If I'm gonna grind anyways, make it new!


    I just hope that there's something new at level 20 or on the next Relic steps. Maybe there will be a new map or a level increase, who knows. We have to keep giving constructive feedback I guess.

    Then you missed when I said they could add gathering spots, dailies, other quests, other ways to obtain crystals etc... and yeah, some people keep using the "let's hate Eureka and ignore what it brings" meme.

    On the other hand, there are others who are bringing different constructive ideas.

    You didn't bring anything constructive here, you just wanted the confrontation, knowing I wouldn't get many support on this thread, making things easier for you.

    At least not everybody acts like you, there players are bringing up guides, new info and even suggestions here and on Reddit, while haters are just memeing around nice try though, but you shoult try harder next time.
