It is and it isn't. While one can argue that if you don't try to do 'fance' things with your house (like clipping, lofts, waterfalls, etc), you should have enough room to make it look lived-in, the fact is that we had to scrap a lot of the cool ideas we had for our medium because we either had to choose between an indoor garden or actually being able to put lamps out and pictures on the wall. It looks very empty, and I'm very sad about that.

I know I'd max out another 50 slots and keep asking for more, etc. etc. but I've also made a list of everything I would add to my house if I could, and it comes to wanting about 50-75 more slots. And given that a medium is roughly 250-300% of the space of a small (if you double the small you get the main/basement of the medium - and then add a top floor), I think not even having 200% of the items is too little.

200/400/600 sounds fine to me.
