I believe you're missing something somewhere.. Not sureThis is exactly how I always thought it worked. So my opener was typically starting FoF into Goring Blade (if not using Halone for aggro as MT in a pug setting), then a Royal combo, then following it with another Goring with FoF remaining at about 5s left after that. I usually use Req Holy Spirit at that point, but I never knew if that was optimal or not. Should I do another Royal combo during the last 5s of FoF instead? I don't believe Royal would be under FoF but Fast Blade and Riot Blade would.
You want to use FoF right before your first GB. Then RA>RA>GB>Req - and FoF should fall off right as you Req so it buffs the initial hit.
Might be a skillspeed thing. I usually have about 3-4 seconds left on FoF, but to me that's not worth delaying Reqqy cat, or missing the window for Reqqy to benefit from it.
