I run kugane all the time and never realized there was a duty button requirement for it. If you are speaking about the tracker bombs, I just pull em to the back edge away from tank and heals and kill em then run up out of the way. I guess I will look next time hehe.

They arent referring to the Kugane Castle level 70 dungeon. There was a story instance that took place in the city of Kugane(shortly before you first ventured out to the Ruby Sea) where you used smoke bombs to try and escape from someone.
