No it isn't. Sigmascape Savage is the only thing that matters from those links you brought and there PLD has advantage over DRK in 3 out of 4 fights. It is not by a huge margin, both jobs have a similar dps and the numbers are fight dependent. But PLD is supposed to be the lowest dps tank by design and also because he has more utility tools than the other two.

I think that both WAR and PLD are quite balanced right now. Each one brings different qualities to the table and they just feel good. There's no reason to not want both in your party. The problem right now is that DRK doesn't offer anything and besides that he has the worst dps or at least even with PLD. DRK is designed to be the mid term dps tank but he is not. And since he has less tools than WAR he actually should be on pair with him on dps or even better than that. You can also look for the amount of parses in each fight of Sigmascape Savage. In V3 DRK has 1/3 of the parses that PLD and WAR have, in V4 he has almost 1/4 of the other two.
