Ahh the good ol, if you don't do things the way I expect you to then you must be doing something wrong and I am justified to slander you until you prove me wrong no matter what ill affects it may have towards you and your future game play, oh and do not expect an apology because what if!

At the same time though, playing Devil's Advocate, maybe they can't play the game right away. Or something came up they can't move anything/play the game. Or perhaps they just don't feel like decorating it for a while due to wasting all their gil on it. Too each their own. You don't know who owns it in the end. Sure it may look fishy, doesn't mean it is, and it doesnt always need to be "called out" in public (forums, shouts or otherwise). There were plots like that in 4.1 that honestly the owners just took weeks to decorate it. There was nothing fishy going on. Not everything is a conspiracy/house seller.

I'm not looking to argue, I just put my 2 cents in, I've seen even people in basically solo free companys decorate, this fc house with 0/3 online at all times has been up since the ward came up, even before I got my large. I understand when its a week or so but almost a full month and there's nothing going on, I see no point in making excuses for people. If the game is really so unimportant that they want to buy a house and -not- play or use it then why buy it, when there are people who will actually use it trying hard to get even a small.
Personally I just want something done with it, it's a great plot in a great location, but it's an eyesore right outside my house because it literally just an aetheryte and a stable stacked in front of the door. While I see it as kind of rude or just morally f***d, to keep houses from other people if you aren't going to actually do anything, I'm not the one who brought it up, just making note that others are also not happy with it.

I know youre not looking to argue but the fact is the OP and others need to realize, not everything is fishy....
and if they dont log back in to go to it? at least its auto-demoed.

New wards were available Feb 6. Today is Feb 21. That's 2 weeks and 1 day. Hardly "almost a full month".I'm not looking to argue, I just put my 2 cents in, I've seen even people in basically solo free companys decorate, this fc house with 0/3 online at all times has been up since the ward came up, even before I got my large. Also, the nonsense of this entire thread is why when I move/ buy a house I keep it locked until I'm done decorating it. I'll throw up an aether shard and some random stuff in the yard, usually coming back to actually decorate the yard within a week or two so that people will think my house is used and won't throw hissy fits. You have no idea what's going on in peoples' lives or even their game play. Give them a break. Best case scenerio, they'll decorate eventually. Worst case scenerio, it's someone who uses the house only for workshop stuff, you'll never see them, and you'll have a boring looking neighbor. Either way, it doesn't hurt you, so why throw a fit about it on the forums?

Sorry for not keeping track of the exact days, I shoulda known going for a rounded time frame would get me called out. xD
Once again, their house is RIGHT infront of mine, its a complete eyesore. If you want to defend them then fine, but tbh its not your house they're set up in front of, nor your rp that forces you to have to look at an eyesore of a yard everyday. And def not your fc and friends complaining about it as well as a large portion of your ward. I did note earlier I would be fine if they even just set something up, or even moved the 2 things in the yard to note "Hey, I heard a lot of people were upset that it looked like I might scalp some poor person trying to relocate to this plot."

There's no fit being thrown? Its thread started with humor in mind. Did you read the funny text? And then it went down the WOW I witnessed something and had screenshots of it. Then people got mad and then there were white knights and then I realized Windows takes untrue screenshots, so i tried to bring some humor back and seems the storm is simmering. And here we are![]()
