When I first joined an FC, I noticed that each time someone logged in to the game that a sound would go off indicating that someone had just logged in, but now all of a sudden that is not so, the only time the sound goes off is when someone is basically " talking / typing ". Did I accidentally change something or what? I looked under chat settings and noticed that BOTH FC and Tell were both enabled, I disabled Tell, should I re- enable it?

Double check your settings in your character chat settings. sometimes it reset
