Their are various ways to win even against players, specially those who think they know their job and lack experience -.-. You can also experiment with command missions you would be surprised if they are maxed out and aggressive you can do some runs without a healer. OLD hunts can take out A and B ranks without a healer as well even solo if your at a decent level no need for a healer. Some old Dungeons you can solo without a healer role as well unsync. So their are many ways.

You can queue command mission without a full party comp now?? like the 1 tank, 2dps, 1 healer

Is it going to happen often? No.

It takes A LOT of teamwork, your team being good, your enemy being plain stupid, and a bit of luck to win without a healer.

You can argue all you want with "HOHOHO i've won without a healer!" because...yeah, so has everyone. But it's an uphill battle.

It was MUCH easier to win without a healer during 3.x when a GOOD DPS could simply kill an enemy healer making it an even playing field.

You can absolutely lose game without healer, like 9 out of 10 times.
And you could definitely lose a game without healer if the opposing team has 2 healers in the group, like 99 out of 100 times.

I find it funny people see healers well balanced when it takes 4+ players to kill one healer, thats fine but what about the rest of that healers team, is he playing alone? No.
