You can not win a game without a healer, so why make no requirements to have at least one healer? There are times where if I get into a party with no healer, I don't bother fighting cause I know I'm going to lose without a healer. Unless it is a 1v1 situation.

Btw, bring back 3.0 pvp, this new system is dumb.

Their are various ways to win even against players, specially those who think they know their job and lack experience -.-. You can also experiment with command missions you would be surprised if they are maxed out and aggressive you can do some runs without a healer. OLD hunts can take out A and B ranks without a healer as well even solo if your at a decent level no need for a healer. Some old Dungeons you can solo without a healer role as well unsync. So their are many ways.

You can queue command mission without a full party comp now?? like the 1 tank, 2dps, 1 healer

Is it going to happen often? No.

It takes A LOT of teamwork, your team being good, your enemy being plain stupid, and a bit of luck to win without a healer.

You can argue all you want with "HOHOHO i've won without a healer!" because...yeah, so has everyone. But it's an uphill battle.

It was MUCH easier to win without a healer during 3.x when a GOOD DPS could simply kill an enemy healer making it an even playing field.

You can absolutely lose game without healer, like 9 out of 10 times.
And you could definitely lose a game without healer if the opposing team has 2 healers in the group, like 99 out of 100 times.

I find it funny people see healers well balanced when it takes 4+ players to kill one healer, thats fine but what about the rest of that healers team, is he playing alone? No.

Yeah, it's not impossible...but it's highly unlikely and requires the sort of efficiency and teamwork that is exceptionally rare for a random group to pull off. In turn, if people stumble across such an unbalanced situation often then they eventually get tired of it and stop bothering altogether. Which means longer queue times and less players overall.

Wasn't that easy to kill one in 3.0, because a good dps would have to get through the enemy team's dps and their CC, and after awhile, the people who stayed healers would be ready for them and pop attunement to negate the damage completely.

As for not many healers, well that's pvp. Happens in all games. Not many people like healing, and in this game you have to dislike pvp dps or tanking a bit to consider healing.
