So...what would be the best strategy to get a plot that you've been eyeing? I have my eyes on a small plot in a lavender beds subdivision and I have never been through a housing rush like this. If I log out in front of the plot and log in right after maintenance how difficult or congested will it be? I'm assuming it'll be easier since i just want a small AND it is in a subdivision but I am still worried.

don't forget to set yourself "busy" asap or ppl will have their partner in crime try and trade u to stop your buy.

Can't wait to get more neighbors in my LB ward 15. The few I have now are super active and it's nice!

You log out in front of the plot and pray to RNGsus that you don't get hit by error code. And have your clicker finger on the ready.

And make sure you set /busy so people can't trade you to try to stop you from buying the house.

My neighbours are already inactive. My personal is W16 P43 (13) in Shirogane with one market board in the area, and it's always a ghost town. x.x

I bet they're expecting a connection rush and therefore might open servers early so I would advice to try login here and there 1 hour before the maintenance is supposed to end.

They've been rather strict in keeping the servers from coming up no earlier than the noted maintenance period for housing. I'd still login a bit early just in case there's a small patch of any kind though.

They stated from 4.1 they would not finish maint before the stated time when housing is involved, as it would give some people major advantages.

Make sure to get your cups ready for all the salt this housing rush, even if somehow the only ones crying are those who transferred while also expecting to get a house on populated servers.

At this point I'm just finally happy I'll get a house again (lost my old one when I had to take a break). If it's my dream plot, wonderful. If not I'll get what I can and wait for my dream plot to become available at a later time.
