Housing glamours are getting too "big".

I have a carbuncle house, but I actually kind of hate the HOUSE part. It's a big ugly book theme that dyes terribly.
However I simply love the Door and the Carbuncles above my gate.

If I could get rid of the big ugly house and keep the individual elements, I would in a heart beat.

I can understand stuff like windows, doors, and roofs not being mix and match, but fences, wall ornaments, and roof ornaments should be freely swappable...

The paissa mansion doesn't appear to be taller than the default goblet mansion skin from afar, although where my plot is at, it's VERY difficult to get a good picture in the exact same spot without being on the plot itself. The front of the paissa skin might be wider but the top of the.. circular thing on the top of the goblet mansion is CERTAINLY taller.




I mean either way I get it if some people don't like it, but I find the default Goblet mansion to just be.. boring? It's boring. I like the default mist/lavender beds/shirogane skins FAR more than the default Goblet skin. But I like the Goblet itself and my FC is ...it's called Paissa so. We've got the paissa skin. It is a bit amusing that almost every nearby small house has relocated and I thought it was because of my paissa, but no, those same plots in every ward seem to be vacant.

I think they went a bit overboard with how large the Shirogane castle is.

There's a castle mostly obstructing my Shirogane house's view of the ocean (I'm at the second highest level of housing, while the castle is at the lowest and it's still an issue), and it's a little vexing.

Totally agree with OP, there's a Carbuncle house in a middle plot adjacent to my large plot and the thing is as high as my mansion even though the former is located much lower than mine!...

You can see for yourself if you happen to visit Ward 17, Plot 1 and 3 (mine) on the Lavender Beds!...

Haha i dislike the pillar position they are HUGE and take up a lot of plot space

This is near our FC house. I'd be pissed if someone put up something that blocked my view from my yard like this. This shouldn't even be allowed. Can't even imagine what this would look like if it were one of the castle glamours.

Those are where 2 of my plots I mentioned earlier are. The medium behind is my dream come true home ♥ and the one in front/below vacated with the transfers, so I jumped on that to keep my view. The people in it before had horrible taste in lawn decor, but at least they kept the house skin basic.

The houses in Shiro have more space than other areas so SE clearly wasn't worried with how the homes there translate.
