I will add more to my last comment since I post a bit in a hurry.

So while some people might not have started with the plot they wanted, they weren't left to wait until whoever knows to get a house.
There is a big difference between not getting the plot you want because someone was faster and not getting the plot you want because you are not allowed to buy it while some other are free to.
So yes, wheter you like it or not when the restriction will be lifted the only plots available will most likely be the ones noone wants hence the word "leftover".
Also I'm saying why people are angry and this is why not because houses are cheap or there is a lack of gil sink.
As for the gil sink if there is anybody mad over having too many gil feel free to send me gils.

Same, I could use a spare several million gil. I'll spend it wisely. Or just spend it on orchestrion rolls. Not sure which sounds better right now. :P
