I think everyone forgot what a gil sink is.

RMTs will use absolutely anything to their advantage that's the hollowest argument out there. We need gil sinks though, beyond the shadow of a doubt. Housing used to be the biggest gil sink this game had and it's slowly but surely become less of one over time now...not so much. There are lots of little gil sinks out there but nothing as big as housing. That's worrisome. So every time I see a topic advocating more ways to get your money back from your house I wince just a little bit. Sure, I'd enjoy getting a nice rebate if I demoed my house because I was moving servers or something but ultimately the health of the economy is more valuable than the health of my wallet. I can always make more gil, no matter how long it takes me.
