    Wedding Ceremony Quest

    Date & Time: February 9, 2018 around 19:50PM GMT
    World name: Lich
    Character name: Akechi Mitsuhide
    NPC name: Claribel
    Class/level: Paladin/70
Party or solo: Party, 2 people
Area and coordinates: East Shroud, Sanctum of the Twelve (X:17,Y:18)

Me and my partner tried to get married. To start off with she had a Silver Wristlet and I had a Gold Wristlet. When I talked to Claribel, she told me that both players needed the same wristlet, so I told my partner to delete the silver one and I will buy her the gold one. So I cancelled taking the quest and waited. Unknown to me my partner had already picked up the quest with the Silver Wristlet. When I told her she had the wrong one, she came back and talked to the Acolyte to remove it, then I bought her the Gold one.

This is where the problem came in, apparently upon her starting the quest with the silver wristlet it had automatically changed my wristlet too, so it was on the path without me actually agreeing to anything, so my Gold wristlet became a Silver wristlet that was in use.
After this we couldn't do anything to go back on the quest OR advance it at all. Talking to Claribel just makes her tell us about the Ceremony and says theres more information about it on the website. Talking to the other NPCs just lets us delete the wristlets and nothing else more since we aren't actually on the quest.
So not only has it turned a cash item into a free item, it has also blocked me out of being able to do the ceremony altogether.

It literally tells you in red lettering that if your partner used a lower type of plan, your plan will become that plan for the quest and the wedding. Unfortunately, that is an error you made and SE will most likely not help you as it is stated on the mogstation when you make the purchase.

    * Please be warned that, when equipped, these items can gain spiritbond. A promise wristlet cannot be traded once it gains spiritbond.

    * In the event both you and your partner have different promise wristlets equipped, the wristlet of lesser value (standard < gold < platinum) will determine the service plan for both players when undertaking the quest "The Ties that Bind."

Ok then, nowhere does it say "If one player takes it under Standard, the second player's item will automatically change." or anything even close to that.

The last one says if you and your partner have DIFFERENT promise wristlet then the wristlet of LESSER value will determine the service plan for BOTH PLAYERS.
