My thoughts!

Weapon - Shiva's (Maybe since not dye-able have to have the upgraded Diamond version over Icy for full points)
Chest - Not the clearest clue ever my guesses are Glacial Coat or Highland Smock (Both Dye-able)
Legs – Once again sounds like the name is in the clue: Sky Pirate's Trousers/Bottoms/Gaskins of Healing/Aiming/Fending etc. (Bought with 5 Brass Sky Pirate Spoils or crafted) – dye-able
Feet - Glacial Boots? Have the fur and fluff going on – dye-able
Wrist - Shiva bracelet

Dye guesses -ice blue and snow white to go with the theme! (Though dyes haven't been part of the theme but sounds good to me and neither are rare ... my luck the blue will be Metallic Sky Blue my favorite color ever don't need to see those prices go crazy)

PS: You really think the mods would get grumpy if we started a new thread each week? “Week 3 Fashion Challenge” would make brainstorming so much easier!

Weapon: BiS definitely is not Shiva. It may get a gold coin, but it won't be as good as a dyed Hailstorm.
Chest: Can't guess.
Legs: Sky Pirate trousers, no question. I bet there's people who have no access to Diadem that's going to buy it off mb for $$ though.
Feet: Woad Sky boots? But I'm guessing Cashmere Boots just because it has a yellow scrip item like New World Hose.
Wrist: Primal Bracelet to fit the weapon, could be Shiva too, but given the same clue, I think Primal would fit also

My thoughts is that there's gonna be less and less people who discuss about Fashion Report, it'll get old quick, and people who cares would just lurk around and see what did people try.

If it's gonna be Cashmere Boots, I'm not even gonna play with the market. The Wool Top is 500k in my server and so is Fine Alumen. The boots themselves is 1-2m.

Would probably be better doing threads according to theme, as I daresay they will eventually recycle them. Makes it easier to search too.
