Because these raids are unforgiving far more so than the current raids in roulette while synced...form a party [Party Finder] and do them unsynched - they are still challenging to a point and most people will show up when a bonus is available to do so with. - Or do them synched if you want. good luck either way.

I don't recall any instance of Alexander Normal being unforgiving and challenging, with the exception of Cruise Chaser (but that's entirely a healer issue... and occasionally off-tank).
They're about as hard as Hashmal, Ozma and Scathach... maybe less.
