No, there will always be someone crying foul, no matter what, trivial or non-trivial, because there will always be someone unhappy with the state of affairs. I guarantee any system or policy you personally can come up with will have some number of people levying some measure of grievances against it to the same degree and with the same fervor. The difference is that you personally will be more happy with it, and a different set of people will not be.

By whose judgement? I can tell you that everyone always feels their particular complaint is more valid than others. Ultimately, SE is going to be the final arbiter on that point. If they feel your complaint has merit, they may address it; if not, then they won't.

I agree with that comment, that is not the topic tho sadly, & by that i mean like, i am not going to start flipping tables because apparently some ppl are unable to understand that, & that include most of everyone but the whole point here is that what was done on blocking individuals feels like a lowblow
