For me the only drawback is that it's backwards. (All the beachfront property in Shirogane is either sideways or backwards. I guess they were trying to give it a different feel from Mist, but they gave us a beach, I wanna look at the beach!) It's by the hidden beach with it's cave hot spring (much better than the other one imo) and it's on the beach (even if it's not facing it). You also have a great view of the door that's tucked away and should lead to the basement of plot 8.

The location is definitely great - friend nabbed plot 8 for herself and she loves it! - but I just cannot get over a beachfront large being totally backwards. It faces.. your neighbor's front door, hurray? I've noticed several of the larges across all 4 wards tend to face weird directions, but that's by far the most wtf-worthy one. Thankfully 16/46 and 30/60 both face the right way, at least.

I relocated to Plot 16, Ward 18 and agree. The beachfront large has its back to the beach (why) and 30, though it has that awesome secret cave nearby, I find a little crowded. I like this secluded large and the nearby bamboo area for my daily stretches

Still working on my garden, though.

Exactly this! I really don't get why they made practically all the houses facing each other.

I don't understand the facing of plots either in Shirogane with such a beautiful beach. I was able to get lucky and get my alt's FC on Gilgamech plot 21 which for me with the side yard facing the beach is the best view. Luckily the neighbor across from me has a nice looking house and the other ones as well close by.

That one isn't bad! But still, why couldn't it just face the beach? Lol. Makes me wonder if houses in Japan are like this too, and they were just trying to go ultra realistic with it

I very close to this myself if it doesn't work out when housing goes live for individual, I think I'm done cap tome do savage getting old every patch. I don't do anything with my fc house because it is shared and not mind to do with.

Also I had a house and lost it to auto demolition because my wife broke her legs and was in the hospital for 5 months rl is more important then this game but it just getting that there is nothing new to do.

I'm confused. If this was content so important to you you're going to unsub over it and tried to bribe the devs to get it...why didn't you use all the resources at your disposal. Why didn't you take a free transfer in early SB to a place with ample housing available like so many other ex-Balmung players did? Because clearly this is THE MOST IMPORTANT content to you, beyond any other concerns. If you're willing to unsub you're willing to permanently leave behind friends, events, progression and everything else in a far more permanent fashion than server transferring. So why didn't you?

It's a rumor. Not actually happening. At least the FC leader denies about all claims regards to that. Only thing that's confirmed is that he deliberately harassed players and griefed them, and kicked out few of his members because they did not agree to his behaviors. He later pulled Kevin Spacey tweet towards people, and it didn't go so well so he later actually posted a sincere apology for everything that has happened.

Regardless, he and FC didn't remove the plots still.

After 810 days as a subscriber I'm canceling my account. My waiting and patience has reached an end for trying to get a house in this game.

My last attempt in working with Square was an offer to transfer to any server from Balmung for my spouse and myself, for any house. A simple fix, but the request was ignored.

And finally after seeing the results of the recent patch, I have no desire to give anything more to this game.

This company will not get one more cent from me.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
