    basically they indirectly rewarded those who used the loophole by giving them first pick on wards, if anything using the loophole deserves punishment, becuase there is no excuse that could justify owning more than one house+ fc house

    Anyone that already owned a house could relocate. Owning more than 1 house didn't give anyone any kind of magical privilege that was above any other home owner here. And I hardly call being grandfathered in using a loophole.
