With the exception of gardening, airships, and subs, every single amenity in an FC house is publicly available elsewhere in the game.

Please show me aetherial wheel stands outside of an FC house. I'll wait. (Please don't try and say anything about how you don't need it. You have to use it to get the grade 3 buffs.)

I love the look of the level 6 compacted aetherial wheel stand and wanted one in my personal house. It says nothing about not being able to be placed in a personal, so I made a level 6 wheel stand and traded it into the vendor for a compact one. I was super disappointed to not be able to place it in my personal house.
