We can\\\\'t know for sure how they have the networks set up but there are a bunch of ways they can streamline and clean up the way the data is processed. In fact in many cases you can increase capacity in your network straight up by fixing redundancies and fixing the things taking up too many resources.

The issue here (I suspect) is that they would rather keep piling on new content before fixing the game. I believe their limitation isnt hardware related, its labor related.

Look at a game like League of Legends for example who shared this mindset of "Every patch we need to add more!"

After a while the game was unbalanced, hit boxes for abilities went unfixed, and the game suffered from FPS issues. They fixed all of this without upgrading any hardware, they stopped releasing content for a little bit and said "Guys, we need to fix this"
