While I do believe Goblet is cool to its own design, but if I had to choose between the 4, I'd choose Shirogane then Mist then LB then Goblet. That's just me.
And before anyone tells me that "Goblet is available, you should be thankful." No. I shouldn't be thankful. I should choose to go to the housing I want, and the size I want and the location I want. I should not fight with other players over a place from the first place and make a drama.
This whole ward thing has been nothing but create an unwanted drama and break of a community between players with pointless capitalism. Why is this minor content even considered some competition first of all?

Housing should be a fun feature. Actually it's a fight between players, they should add a new PVP content in the housing areas.....
People waste some vacations for nothing for added wards, waste their time during hours by hoping they will be on the first players connected for having a chance to get a house in a game...seriously? There is no problem about that?
There are tons of empty houses, people buy some just for selling it money money money /vomit or just for having one but don't use it.
SE want to keep the fact to have some neightbors, honestly most of the time, wards look like ghost cities so what the point? I would prefer to have instancied houses connected to a common place if people want to roleplay or something instead of fighting and hoping for nothing patch after patch.
Everyone is upset and just want to kill his neightbors for getting their house XD
And seriously why SE built specific land sizes? The player should be able to buy a plot and build the house of his choice depending of his money, we should be able to expand the house by spending Gils day after day and getting a big house with time.
So much potential but totally wasted.

Not long after I got my house (so my thoughts were occupied largely with decorating it in the game) I had a dream that SE decided to make it so that you could challenge anyone that owned a house to an undeclinable duel and whoever won got the house. It was really awful.

I played Black Desert for like a week and owned a home in each of the main cities. I can move my home to pretty much any building I like the look of with just a few clicks (although obviously I have to manually reposition any furniture), or just move back again if I change my mind. Any other available building I'm not using as a home I can use instead for extra vault storage, production factories, ranches for extra mount slots, among other things. They are instanced, so I can choose whichever building I want even if a hundred other players live there. I own so much property that it's difficult to keep track of it all. All of my characters have full shared access to them. Did I mention I only played it for about a week?

Yeah, ESO did it right, imo. Instanced houses in various places around the world of different sizes. This let the houses be part of the game world itself while not restricting players. Bonus points for the fact that they could be bought with gold or real money, giving them a nice influx of cash as well. You'd think that would be right up SE's alley, but I guess they're pitting the cost of having to rebuild everything vs how much they'd make.
Plus, after all this time, they're just in way too deep. Not to mention how stubborn the developers are. Getting them to admit they made a mistake is nearly impossible.

Just bot like those ragna vets and u will jave no problems hhhh

SE really should have prevented personal relocation, if their intention is to let FCs have access to new plots first.
But as usual they choose to half-bake their implementation. Always scoring a B- instead of an A+ sigh.

There are tons of open plots on every server that any FC can go and buy right now. What is the problem?
