Private Moving was bugged for some people (Housing problems)

My friend was alone in front an empty land just once after the server was available, she tried during 5 min to buy it and it was impossible. Two guys came next to her and bought it in front of her.....

We had enough Gils, we are far from the items limit in our actual small house, she had all the rights for buying it so? a simple bug? wtf

This happened 3 times to me. 2 big Houses and one mid house. Luckily enough for me, someone else lost a mid house in shirogane due to this bug wich i then purchased. At least i would not be able to explain why a mid-sized plot would be available hours after the release.

I like ff14 but SE seriously, your housing feature sux so much....and since the 1st day you made it available it's the case.

Please stop to try to find some substitute solutions and just admit it, it sux.

OMG HI!!!! haha, well there was still a medium in mist ward 3 if i remember correctly, maybe try there if its still open, but if you were the first person to buy it, maybe it will belong to you, did it take your money? Marize bought a small house infront of our FC house, it came up saying Owned by marize and everything went well but the placard for him said it was still up for sale, but for like an hour it said for me owned by marize, then eventually it said up for sale. But the fact it even said Owned by marize, gives me hope that if you did buy the house maybe it will still belong to you! im just hoping

No cause our server isn't concerned by the maintenance, but some people have still this bug.

Anyway every houses have been already sold so we just have it deeply in the "put what you want here"

I just find the general housing situation not professionnal and clever and fair.

I lost a Shirogane mansion due to this bug as well!...

When I got to the plot I wanted there was a single player already camping and he/she must have bought it or relocated before anyone else but the server was bugged and it still allowed me to select the relocation option followed by an error that mentioned the housing system being unavailable or locked!...

It would be my luck that last night I was standing in front of a Large in Shirogane, Plot 37 Ward 18, on Cactuar, and I couldn't relocate because of this error:
"Unable to execute command. Housing functions are currently locked."

Not going to lie, after trying for a large house since be beginning of time, I felt utterly defeated. I guess this is just my luck that I would get this random error. Eventually, someone else came along and relocated their FC house to it, so I lost my chance. It's one thing if they are just unavailable and someone beat me to it. It's just wrong if I get there and I'm just not able to purchase because of some error, and then watch someone else come along to buy it.
